I wanted to make a slightly healthier version & if your following Slimming World this can be Syn Free if you use both your Healthy Extra A & B.
Super quick & easy to make with 5 minutes preparation time & 10 minutes cooking time. And it's sooo tasty!!
Ingredients- Serves 4 Slices
- 2x White Ciabatta, sliced in half
- 2x Garlic Cloves, minced
- Freshly Chopped Parsely, to garnish
- 40g Cheddar Cheese
- 4x Tbsp Cirio Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
